WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) – Feeling stressed out during work? You aren’t alone.
The World Health Organization is updating a clarification of burn-out, pursuit it a “syndrome” and restraining it directly to “chronic workplace highlight that has not been successfully managed.”
WHO also pronounced burn-out is characterized by “feelings of exhaustion,” “increased mental stretch from one’s job,” and “reduced veteran efficacy.”
Lynn Bufka, a associate executive executive for use investigate and process during a American Psychological Association, pronounced she hopes that WHO’s updated clarification of burn-out helps lift recognition if a problem.
